After loosing everyone me and Gribbs made our way there after trying for the best part of an hour arguing with the satnav to stay away from the motorway.

We finally arrived before the group that knew where they were going.

Saturday at 10 people gathered to group up for there ride outs.

Image

Image

Dont ask me why they had there eyes shut. I can only imagine why.
Image

Image

This was the first sight of the green lane and I almost peed myself. That's a lie I almost crapped myself as I had forgot to go to the toilet at camp.

Image

Image

The BMW was playing up already! or was he adjusting his tyre pressures

We discussed this thing for a while, I thought it was a lobster claw and Fantrider was waffling on about a romantic embrace, I think I was right. :P
Image

Arhhhhh the lobsters got Mick heeeelp!

Image

Then it was on to whores for the Nature rally pics. This is my sad face as it wasn't the whores I was expecting, very disappointing and not recommended by me. :(

Image

Image

Image

Image

After whores we were advised by MINKY:evil: to cross a lovely little ford near by. That nearly ended the day, after three bikes went down and one lost its load (of petrol) all down the river. £20 worth no less!!

Image

Image

The 3 fallen bikes and the lovely village river crossing.

Image

Image

Image

Just after fall number 2 for Gribbs and it sounded like half of a porno through the intercom.

Image

These little fuckers tried to nick my bike, watch out if sheep ever get opposable thumbs they will be off.

Image

Image

Image

These are the guys you want on a ride out, not me I just laugh and take photos. :P

Here is devils descent where Gribbs's bike gave up as it fell badly snapping off the left foot peg and gear shift.

To be continued.

After that it was time to find a bear grills style mechanic, so we limped to a nearby town.

We were still smiling! well I was anyway. :P

Image

A suitable garage was found for the repair and we had tea at a lovely little tea shop.

Image

Repair done and the bike was good as new. :S

And it came to pass that the man from the the sleepy town of Lancaster, became known unto all as Vicar!
Amen.:woohoo:
A superb photo story mate, well done.
The end of the road is the start of the fun

A bad day on the bike is still better than a good day at the office

Best picture report I've seen mate, worth a K.

I recognised that garage from a couple of years ago, my wheel bearing on my Africa Twin collapsed about five miles from there.
Run by an old trials pal, Mick Wilkinson.
