Had a run up to Inverness today to Go Outdoors to have a look at the Vango Omega 350. A new demo was up in the shop so had a good look round it, a good sized bedroom, plenty for two and all biker gear up either side, really big porch area, takes two sitting in seats comfortably, room to cook as well.
They had a sale on so reduced to £130, but there was one which was ex display for £90 so a bargain was had!
New tent bought for next season.

Good for you, I got the 2011 model, great little tents & go down quite small, I have found we can get my panniers & all riding gear in the vestable & have room to move around with out spilling in to the Sleeping area.africajim wrote:Had a run up to Inverness today to Go Outdoors to have a look at the Vango Omega 350. You can buy an Footprint for it, easier to make one your self tbh

Footprint is a great idea too, but cheap to make yourself. For any decent camping you need a tent this size.

Re: New tent bought for next season.
Blinkin' 'eck, I too have, only last week purchased, a Vango 350 Omega, from GoOutdoors.
I'm now off into the conservatory to put mine up to scent mark it before the Dragon this coming weekend, just in case we all end up camping in the same vicinity...
