That headlight cowl is different to mine, my fork clamp bolts are narrower than the headlight cowl so they sit behind it, I will have to have bends in my support arms as they won't be straight like this one, shame cos that would've made things easier.

We've just made a couple, they're at the powder coaters now. Include a mesh light guard, storage for a small bag on the front, and mounting tabs for LED lights.
I'll try & remember to post some photos within the next week or so when we get them back and mounted to bikes.
