Re: tenere or gs
Yeah bit of a big leap between them
But the tenere would be for me as ive owned both the gs is better for roadwork, the tenere is nore than capable on but the tenere has the edge off road

Owned both last year.
GSA is a far better bike, but the Ten always made me smile and was a superb bike at everything bar 2 up country crossing.

Re: tenere or gs
Had the 1200GS, for 4 years, GSA for 4 years and now the S-10 for 3. GSA trumps for ergonomics and S-10 for pure fun ( grin factor, esp. in S-mode !! ) , performance and reliability. Horses for courses mate.
Re: tenere or gs
Tenere for fun and commuting.
GS for 2up and motorway work/long distance.
This is a bit like saying Mini or 5 series estate....apart formt eh fact that they are both a bike there isn't much to compare.
I'd really like both..but...for now i have my Tenere and K100.
