lets all help out a fellow biker in need-Horseybiker

Post by Tramp »

Right guys..Christmas spirit time ..

There is enough forum members to make this happen..the dude helps us out so lets do something for him in his hour of need..yep third party only insurance is a dumb move..sorry mate (thumbs) but whats done is done eh..we all make mistakes and learn from them dont mean we have to suffer in silence..

So hows about we all donate whatever we can via paypal or something to enable him to get back on the road/trails enjoying what he loves..its the least we can do ..

You might be too humble to accept mate but the look on your face when playing in the mud is worth a bit of Dosh ;) ..what goes around comes around eh..

lets make a difference at this special time of year..

You set something up to collect it and I'll contribute.

You do realise that this is money the local carol singers won't be getting now? (thumbs)

I am about to sort insurance out for my 24 yer old son on his first bike. It's a keeway TX 125. He's unemployed and he needs transport to get him to potential employers. So on the basis of what's happened here I'll bite the bullet and upgrade to Third party Fire and THEFT.
So I'll donate a little something to Horseybiker.

Russ this is extremely generous of you (and everyone else!) to offer but I couldn't possibly accept..

I've screwed up but I can't possibly accept you all bailing me out!

I am strong believer in personal responsibility. Looking back on this I can't believe I actually did it.. Even I can see its bloody stupid!

and I thought Donkeys where stubborn   ..

your call mate...BUT if Noel Edmunds can have a christams party to help out familys so can we...we aint talking a blinged up ktm more like a sorry old sow ..to get you on your feet.

As folk know we all come from different walks of life some have money and jobs others dont..but if we cant help out a fellow biker then ..pick your leg as the other needs a splint :S ..

maybe someone has a bike they want to sell that we as a collective can buy..think of it as the "ABR Rescue bike"..there for folk when through no fault of their own the shit hits the fan..

maybe someone brighter than me can set up a donation point..to be humble is to be Human (thumbs) ..

I have offered him a loan of my Er5 winter hack if he wants it. That should hopefully take a bit of pressure off the poor lad
