What caused this?

Found a great video then post it up here. It doesn't have to be about bikes.

yes brads, but you see,

thats after the first incident where he plowed through the group of bikers,

show where in the beginning of video the bikers are attacking the RR before he plowed over them, and badly injured one biker, that was to lead to the second incident later, where the bikers attacked him

you cant, because you cant see the first incident, the RR and the bikers are too far away.

Looks like the police have got this sorted. No charges against the driver and currently looking for a number of the bikers.

If you have seen the full video, the idiot in blue jeans rides in front of the RR and jams on the brakes, causing the RR to bump him, he falls off and the crowd go wild, trying to get the RR to stop, and threatening the guy, he panics, and barges out, all hell breaks loose

So Bull, but you see, I have seen the video, and the bottom line is they started it, the idiot in jeans that got bumped, was charged with causing the accident after he went to hospital

The RR driver was the innocent party here, no other way about it, but I suspect you won`t be convinced, so hey ho

They got owned, their own fault.

You're trying to make a point that's never going to get across.

I still haven't seen anyone (apart from you) say how they'd react if they saw a family member run into from behind when they were riding a motorbike and the driver make off into the distance after running over a few more bikes.

The majority of the riders were absolute idiots but that doesn't excuse the driver basically doing a hit and run job and failing to report it. I'm pretty sure there'd have been some prompt police action if he'd phoned in that he was being pursued by a gang of irate bikers.

The disparity between the reports makes me wonder if they're all reporting on the same incident but at least that gives plenty of options to select the one that fits your take on it.

Can anybody point me to a video that shows what happened beforehand? I mean with the Range Rover. People keep talking about 'Video number Six'. Well on my browser the videos don't have numbers, and the sixth one down the page does not feature the Range Rover.

ok, one last time

first of all, the idiot in the blue jeans didnt jam on his brakes, show me where he jams on his brakes, he was slowed down and looking over his shoulder towards the camera biker, thats not the same thing as jaming on the brakes,

now, show me the first incident in the video where he, falls of the mothorbike and the crowd go wild, trying to get the RR to stop, and threatening the guy and he panics,

you cant, because its not on the video, how many times do i have to explain that,
we dont know what happened with the bikers and the RR in the seconds before he plowed over them at speed, because that incident is too far away from the camera, we only have the people in the RR word for it, so all everybody is doing is only guessing at what might of happened,

and believe me, they dont use guessing as evidence in a court of law, they want proof, so they do

you see, just because they are riding bikes like clowns and dickheads, does not mean they are bad people, and that they were going to attack the RR driver in the first incident because of an accident, they might of been angry, but that dont mean they were going to attack him,

i was probably the biggest dickhead ever on a motorbike when i was a young man, so i was, that dont mean that myself and my mates were bad people,, it dont mean sh*t, so it dont,

i think the biggest problem today, is that people are watching too many movies

If anyone's still interested 'local press' coverage is here.

http://nypost.com/2013/10/02/nypd-lets- ... s-rampage/

the guy that got squashed had no licence and a record as long as your arm.

At the very least the 'collision' between the bike and the RR looked like 'crash for cash' to me.

Go out looking for trouble...don't whinge when it finds you!

Hopefully NYPD will now grow some balls and put a stop to this.

Over the years, I've had several incidents of drivers deliberately blocking my path, cutting me up or being abusive. Some folk simply hate bikers.

I read elsewhere that prior to the rear-shunt incident, the RR driver had threatened to or had called the cops about the group riding on sidewalks and riding dangerously. If true, that may explain why the rider decided to aggravate the RR driver by pulling in front of him. Whatever happened, the driver should have stopped & let the bikers ride off into the horizon - they'll have soon found someone else to annoy...

yes elle, i was reading a bit about this incident on line, but not that much as i dont have the time

but from what i read, this whole incident started earlier when the driver of the RR became fustrated with one of the bikers doing wheelies along the highway, infact it happened to be the same biker that he rear ended, so was it an accident or an act of anger, that biker was also taking to hospital, but was not badly hurt and was later arrested

the biker that was run over and is in a coma, was helping another biker that was knocked off his bike, when the RR took off at high speed and drove over him,

so, it looks to me, that the RR driver became angry with the way the bikers were doing stunts and wheelies along the highway etc, and if he had minded his own business in the first place, none of this would of happened.
