Good luck with the trip. If I were you I'd contact these guys http://nmcu.org/english and ask if there's anyone along the route willing to give you updates on the weather and road conditions because the higher parts of the route might get snow while you're north of them and a different route home might be needed. You might even get a couple of offers of accommodation and workshop facilities in case you need them.

Oh what a lucky boy I am. Just heard today that all of my efforts over the lsat 12 months to gain a little sponsorship support for my Arctic Adventure have paid off.
Tamara Downes at "Accident Advice Solicitors" have come on board and agreed to support my adventure.
I hope that I will not need their services but it is a comfort to know that they are just a phone call away should I become unstuck.
