I feel like a truck hit me overnight...
What a fab day, weather like the organisation couldn't have been anymore perfect.
Good to meet more forumites and have massive respect for Browndog for manhauling his previously immaculate 1200GSA around B)

I agree with Tyrant, the organisation was faultless :) My first event and bloody loved it.
Should have started this years ago.

7 cracking laps, no drama's for me:)
respect to the guys on Tigers and road tyres, although it was all doable on road tyres, the psych-out factor must have been high ;)

He got a bit stuck I heard. :D

Actually; I was deeply impressed. He rode it there, raced it around all day and was planning to ride it home :)

I was tired driving home after riding a small toy bike all day!

Its like this, on my sighting lap I made a mental note that a particular rut
was embarrassingly small and not intimidating at all.
On my first timed lap I only thought it fair to make it much wider and deeper
so that it would attract many more visitors.

Thanks again Moly for rescuing me. I thought I may be there for the rest of the day!
Not sure who the other lad was but it was nice to have company. ;)

What a fantastic day! Really friendly and so well organised! The burgers were even some of the best I've had in a long time.
So I had two just to check :)

Your tank picture pretty much sums it p MarkR

Josh, the lad on the KTM 950SE R rode up from East London and camped too :woohoo:
And swapped his front tyre to do the event and back again to ride home B) B)
Really nice chap too.

Had a great weekend at my first rally and was made to feel welcome by all.

Thanks to Burt, Moly & crew for all the hard work that it must take to put on an event like this.

Big respect to those guys that rode to and from the event as well.

Now for Keilder
