Printed out - now where did I hide that magnifying glass..........? Bloody hell the print is small...... for the over 40s......

Ahh, traveller's challenge y'know :silly: But yep, magnifying glass works - or just zoom in on screen.

Handed out on entry? We decided not to as we'd have the same A4 problem - as there are the 5 main presentation areas rolling through the event it'd be a huge handout - if the print was bigger.

So, the plan is to have A2 laminated posters up around the venue. My suggestion is that you print out the A4 version, bring it with you, and then mark up what you want to see or want to get involved with from the A2 posters.

Right, back to the final draft of the H&S doc!

Hi Unfortunately I am working over the Bank Holiday weekend apart from Saturday. I was planning on coming to the Hubb with a mate but looking at the website it would cost each of us £40 for the day - can anyone confirm if this is right as it makes it a bit expensive! Cheers Richard

Hi Rich, no worries on the Bank Hols - its the following weekend. Kicks off on Thursday the 30th and runs through until Sunday the 2nd. It is £40 though for anyone who'd like to come for the Saturday and Sunday only. Sorry... but you should see what's on offer for that. And you don't have to pay any extra to get into anything or to take part in any of the activities. Camping is also included. It's a really nice site too. Hope you can make it. If you book for the full 4 days and do it before 9pm tonight...

My first time at a HUBB meet, looks like it's going to be great fun with lots to do.

Anyone know if tickets and T-shirts are sent out in advance or is it collect at the gate?

Just bring along your paypal payment confirmation email and then you will get your entry passes. The pre-ordered tees are usually handed out at the same time

I can't wait B)
