Cancer Charity Ride - An idea to raise cash!!

Just thought I'd say "Hi!" as RickBat told me about this one and asked if I wanted to join him on his leg (I'm not sure what's wrong with is leg, but no doubt I'll find out.)

If you join him, how will he recognise you, do you stick out in the crowd? Looking at your profile pic you seem quite normal to me!!!! :silly:

It's been a while since I updated this thread, but as they say, No news is good news!!

The guys at http://www.adventurebikefestival.co.uk have come to the party and donated 2 x £50 tickets to their great looking event. The Adventure Bike Festival is a riding event, for Adventure, trail and enduro bikes, with amazing road routes to extreme enduro. Set in amazing scenery, with workshops, films and other riding activities. It’s a weekend for like minded people to get together and ride!

These tickets will be raffled off at the HUBB meeting 31st May - 2 June. Check out all the great prizes that will be raffled off at the the HUBB meeting, so many good things are up for grabs that it's almost worth going just for that Remember, these goodies are just the bits that are being donated via ABRAC http://www.abrac.org.uk/sponsors.html

Hi all

Great to meet you at the Ace today, what a great start to the relay!! The baton is now 'officially' with me and will start it's journey around the UK tomorrow morning along the south coast and into the Home Counties. In the mean time, here are some pics from the Ace

Just stopped off for a cuppa on my way to Eastbourne. Only an hour into the ride on day 1 and some great person has donated £100. Fantastic! Thank you
