Motorbike travel insurance

Any recommendations on good quality annual travel insurance websites for motorbike touring in Europe. Off to Germany in June so need cover.

I just bought a years worldwide cover for SWMBO and I for £197.94 (see below). The only thing that is not covered is bits that the FCO don't want you to go to.

Hopefully you read the small print. These policies are usually 'multi trip' which means you are only covered for around 45 days per trip. They also only cover for lower cc motorbikes. Only saying because 'Carol Nash' couldn't do this a couple of years ago, I wasn't insured for 11 months in my first year with them. That's why I went with Navigator. Bit more expensive but they covered worldwide, any bike, for a whole year.

I like the fact that Navigator travel will cover you for off road riding as well......doubles the cost, but the option's there for those of us that want to take it B)

We spoke to our local insurers about this and they did some research, basically any insurer can remove the 125cc limit from normal travel insurance and add the kit clause, if they want. My insurers then charged £80 for two person europe annual - exactly the same insurers as CN. Not for off road though.

I found that I was covered through my bank account, and yes I did double check it covered large cc MC's
