I'm so sorry to hear this mate. My most sincere condolences.

I lost my dad in a similar way but I was a teenager and it was much easier for me to bounce back.

You're not alone ! Don't ever believe that....

If you ever need to get out and take your mind off stuff, post up on here. No doubt you'll have more offers than you can imagine.

Take your time. It's normal to feel like it's the end of the world. It's a MASSIVE shock.

I'm sure your wife would have wanted you to carry on and make the most of your life.

Just read you post, it was shocking and makes one realise how fragile life is.
