I don't know you but am a similar age and been married for a similar time. You news is so sad, makes you realise what you have and how fragile life can be. Condolences.

Even the best crafted words cannot fill the void that sudden death brings.

The feeling of emptiness can barely be imagined by those who have not have yet experienced the death of a wife, a life partner.

I hope that the thoughts and support from the people here helps to bring some comfort and support so that life can go on.

I saw the title of the post earlier and didnt bother to read it . I wish i had of done now but now ive read it it makes me feel quite sad ..
You need to try and keep strong and keep busy and active if you can (easier said than done)..You have my full sympathy and i hope things get a bit easier ..
