Not bad when you consider that the 1150GS was around that price when it was launched !
NO, it wasn't

No wonder they've gone easy on the price. Probably because they want to sell a few.
The news tonight goes like this.
Actual wages are @ 2003 levels.
Peugeot anounce 5 billion euro loss due to price of steel & sales slump in europe.
Mervin King anounces 3% inflation for next 2 years.
Fuel is nearly 7 pounds a gallon.
Hamburgers which are realy Beefburgers have now become Husaburgers.
So who can afford a new bike!
Lightness is everything.

I think the new bike looks fantastic. :)

Can a great bike make up for shocking dealers?!?!

In my opinion until BMW sort out shocking service at their dealerships, I wont be going near another one.
No great loss for them I know.
I love my GSA but the BMW "experience" has been a horrible one.

My only worry is that the other brands dealers aren't any better.

And yes, I'm feeling very bitter after paying the best part of £500 for a 24K service!!!!
No extras!
Not cleaned!
Not road tested! (After brake fluids changed)
Apart from a clean oil filter there wasn't anything that made the bike look or feel like it had just had a good going over.

I have NOW learnt my lesson.

What a fool I've been for think that BMW were the best people to look after my bike!!

Sorry.
Not the place for my moan.
I knew it would spill out somewhere.

£100 per/hr Wonder what the technician earns, £13 -£15 /hr maybe.

See you soon Adventure Bike Warehouse. I will be travelling to you in the future.
Thanks for the chat. Much appreciated.

If you want one you will have to wait until maybe September as bmw are fully backed up with orders.

I wonder if this will reduce the price of older models.

And when will a new adventure come out.

For £500 you can get your bike pampered beyond belief, a nights accommodation, a days trail riding and a lap dance from the wife  AND still have change.
