Most of that is but a day trip for me, so I may just meet up with the crowd along the way.

dates noted in diary - I'll watch this thread for any changes.

We dont plan on staying at the campsite, theres a lot better places for free. We'll be staying where we stayed last year..... Here..>>>>>>>

Plus, we know anyone can do this run in a day, but we want to enjoy it, at any easy pace, loads of photos and video's. Just to enjoy the place, the ride and the company. We wont miss anything.

a few details, milages etc. Copy and Paste the Long/Lats into Google Earth. It will take you to the exact camp overs.

Southwaite Services to Kingshouse Hotel Camp......181 mile.....3hr-11m.

Kingshouse to Applecross........135 mile......3hr-21m.

................................................................

Kinghouse Hotel Camp (1st nights camp)

56 39 05.75N 4 50 29.23W

Applecross Camp (2nd nights camp)

57 27 49.32N 5 51 43.77W

Skye Camp (3rd nights camp)

57 40 30.14N 6 21 01.25W
.....................................................................

Rest and be Thankful (in the middle of it)

56 14 45.96N 4 50 57.85W

I know the distances are fairly short, but plan is to get the Kingshouse mid afternoon, set up camp and go out and explore on the bikes. Google earth it on street view and have a look around. Amazing! Then by the time we get back to camp, it'll be cooking or pub time!

Same goes for each camp. Arrive mid afternoon, set up camp, then out to explore.

On the way up to Applecross from Kingshouse, we'll be having plenty of stops at all the usual sights.
