Post by MarkN »

I've had ex Desert Rose Dakar Rider, David Dickinson volunteer to lead a trail ride on Saturday 12th. It will be a full day out on some really nice lanes. David tells me he's happy to lead a group of 5 or 6 at a maximum.

Add your names if you're interested.

Leader : David Dickinson

Joining him are;
1) Jon Perry
2) Phil
3) Oilcan
4) Tramp
5) Force

Is this ride going to be an engine drain out after every 2 foot Tank Trap Puddle "a la Salisbury Plains" or a nice muddy green lane ride.
Lightness is everything.

Lightness with Grunt is a Scratcher!

An Adventure is not a tank transfer.

I've asked for it to be a nice green lane ride. If you want to change it on the day, just ask.

Hi Guys,

I've just had a long chat with David about the ride next weekend and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

David has agreed to make it big bike friendly, so any bike will be fine and the ride is going to cover about 40 miles off road during the day. There will also be the chance of a pub lunch too.

David will be on site from about 9 and will be looking to leave about 10ish.

Hope this is all ok with everyone?

Cheers

Mark

I won't be on a "big bike" but I'd like to join the ride as well if there is still space.
