aaarrghh, someone buy it quick to stop it tempting me. I had one of these in 1988-91 and it was fab: a big comfy mile muncher with a nice torquey motor. I need a new commuter not a tourer but its a lot of very nice quality bike for little money. Tempting tempting tempting

11K This machine's not even run in, I have seen several with 100.000 + and some with a hell of a lot more these things will do intergalactic milages if looked after. The K100 is a bit more vibey than the K75 due to the fact that the 75 has a balancer shaft. This machine is a credit to all its owners and whoever purchases it will have a bargain. My K100LT has a mere 41.000 and runs like new.

BIG D
It certainly looks like a good buy but to describe it as a credit to it's owners is going a bit far. They've not used it which is something I'd be more inclined to describe as an embarrassment rather than a credit.

Sorry Al, but bikes need riding
yes bud your right a machine should be used, not for show .at that time i was involved in the motorcycle manufacturing biss and did 1000s of miles on bikes i was lucky enough not to pay for them.thats why i sold it. & thats the reason i post a lot of up to date info the eu market i still have a lot of contacts in the bike biss.sorry lads.al. ps it is a dam good bike

The story is a low mileage bike, non vibey no issues.
Are you interested? :)
Yes pending price!
At the end of the day its still an old bike. Although seems. A good un.
Pm me a good price if its good I will buy it. Not ideally what i am after BUT!
I thought i was the one selling the bike???
Lets do this the old fashioned way.
As i'm selling the bike i've put the price up on my first post.
It would be you thats makes me an offer and i will decide if i sell it to you.

Reading your post please don't think you are doing me a favour with "i don't really want it, but i might take it off your hands"
It's not some ugly bird left in a night club at closing looking for a mercy feck.
Thanks all the same.

Well if the last ugly bird is still in the bike shed, that means you couldn't close the deal with her!
Better luck next time.

Right, some good news and i guess bad for those that wanted to buy the bike.

The RT i was going to buy has an interesting past!
It was crashed and written off about 6months ago and then repaired and put back on the road.
As such after looking at it again this morning it didn't inspire me anymore.

Thanks for the offers... :)
