Where have you mounted yours?
I've had mine on the front of my crash bars but I hate the look of it there, it's like some odd out of balance rocket pod ... Want to move it but can't find anywhere suitable.

Fit one on either side and it will look 'balanced with two bazookas' - as I heard a couple of Germans comment on mine when waiting at the Ijmuiden ferry.
I find them useful for carrying Primus fuel bottles - but maybe not the safest place.

not a ktm but i've got mine mounted between the rack and wheel hardly notices

Frankly I think they're great, there's nowhere else I'd be able to store a tool roll. Tyre levers, scanners from 8mm to 19mm and a set of allen keys. Bolted to the bottom pannier rails.Bianchi wrote:They are crap people buy them and think I must bolt

In the end I just left it off ... after all why would I really need it?
And then I remembered ... (Bottle of Talisker for camping trips)
Back on with some cable ties. Secure enough and easy to put on and off as I like. Looks OK.
