Re: Canada and the U.S
Hi Jeffers
We take notebooks with us. I do have an iPad but I am hopeless at techhy things so I do it the easy way. Enjoy Canada - we only went to Vancouver on our trip - we flew from there to Vladivostok (via Bejing) to meet our bikes coming in from Seattle by boat. We had to wait a month in Vlad to get our bikes so a couple of hours in Toronto was good going.
You can catch some of our trip by looking in the April & May 2011 section of my blog

Nice blog Jeffers, how long are you travelling for?
I've just been to Niagara a few days ago and are now in the US on a bike trip.
I feel your pain on uploading pics using a tablet - it took me 3 days and a lot of frustration the first time! :pinch:

Ferret face, where abouts are you and where you headin? We got another 11 weeks to go. We should be dropping in to the USA in 2-3 weeks after doing jasper and banff national parks. You headin out west?
Take care, if out west we can meet up for beers, you travelling alone?
Guys, what are your names, it feels odd calling you by your user names....

Saturday
Just arrived at the hotel in Wainwright, Alberta, after 5 hours of pouring rain, Annie my wife found her jacket is no longer waterproof, she was freezing cold, the arms of the jacket had let water in via the seams. Not a happy bunny. It has been quite dull crossing the prairie lands, but we are near the Rockies now, can,t wait.
It's the end of the 2nd week as well.
Spent last night in the best room at the Radisson hotel in Saskatoon, the room they gave us wasn,t big enough to swing a cat and when they offered the exec suite we jumped at it.
Anyway check out the blog

Hi all
We have now left Canada and are currently in Bozeman Montana, we will be visiting Yellowstone N.P. for the next few days, although somewhere in all this fun I have To find a new front tyre, then on to Cody to take in the rodeo and stampede next weekend.
Canada was absolutely superb, our pictures could never do it justice. I will definately return to explore further in the future.
