Listening to music while you ride ? ... yes or no ?

Post by stumpym4 »

just wondering if people prefer to listen to music on long journeys or the sound of the wind and engine noise or is it ear plugs all the way ?

Earplugs and music, through the starcom (unless just a short journey, then neither)

have used Ultimate ears in ear monitors for 10 years .. the best in the business..ask lots of the southern police forces of this glorious country and they will say the same,

listen to sat nav, and or music on longer journeys.. it breaks up the motorway tedium...IMHO :silly:

Prefer to concentrate on the road.

Sometimes 1 of the voices in my head will strike up a tune, but that's easy to switch off when I need FULL attention

'Ultimate Ears' in-ear monitors for me too. They keep the wind noise at motorway speeds down to a tolerable level and allow me to listen to my mp.3 player. I find it ok as I can blank the music out quite easily when I need to.
Quiet country lanes with the flipped-up lid then no.
