So were did you get the fish and chips !
Cheers Craig, we had our supper from the Seaforth Chippy.

Not much plans for the near future, on call this weekend coming, :(
We're off to the Midlands rally soon though, then next on our calendar will be Ullapool. Still hope to get a few trips in the weeks in between but we'll see what the weather brings. Speak soon mate.

Yip , I have blanked that out in my mind .. not because of the PIES but because of the cost of a sit down meal ..

I must admit the pies at the lochiver shop are spectacular

You should be easy to spot at the rally then :P You may have yourself a following, as I am a "holic" too ( Pies, Chocolate, Beer & Whisky are the main ones  )

On a refreshment note, I plan to bring a bottle of my local distillery's 12 year old with me, for sampling purposes, and would welcome any comparisons on Saturday evening ;)

Nooooooooooo.
Last year saw Jim doing exactly that with Austin. He (Jim) spent the wee hours sleeping in the foyer area of his tent, unable as he was to get into the sleeping compartment (Fi was a lot of help - she covered him over with a blanket  )

Plus, living adjacent to Speyside, bringing along samples would require a 40footer :woohoo:

Ha ha! I am going to show more restraint this year Steve, must be gettin old! LOL! I certainly plan on sleeping IN my tent this time round, not the porch!
I'll see what local delicacy I can come up with! LOL!

Haha

Well it's Scotland , so wait 5 minutes ..

Seriously , it can make a huge difference the weather, we will be checking weather though-out the weekend and advising where to go if weather looks tricky .
Same for rideouts , lots of micro climates up that way.

See you there . B)
