ABR Rally Norfolk March 2013

Post by James691 »

Heya Folks,

Perhaps it's the weather or the bank holiday looming, the kids have been off for a week or perhaps it is the fact that Feb is short month and people are low on funds? Either way there does not seem to be much love for a March rally.

I'm more than happy to put one on and I know a lot of people are saving for the Cumbria rally next month - really looking forward to that myself - and perhaps the funds can't stretch.

I would have to move the date to the weekend prior to the bank holiday weekend and the site runs at £12 a night per person.

Let me know and I will post it up - if not then we have a month off and see you at the Boil rally in Cumbria :woohoo:

I`d say I`m interested.
Living in Norfolk is swinging it for me, Makes it a bit cheaper, Plus its nice to re-discover your local area.

I`d say yeah as long as work doesnt throw a spanner in the works.

The missus may even join me. Wheres it based?

I'd put it on at Breck Farm, Holt, Norfolk
NR25 6QL.

They don't require prepayment and they do allow campfires - I'd only be doing a road ride as I have road tyres, if no one else puts on a trail ride. If we get enough numbers than I'm more than happy to sort one out.

If you get the weather then it is a wonderful playground in the Broads :)

Nice place Holt.:)

Unless theres a really really easy off road Bumble, I`m happy on the road. (A very worn tkc on the rear atm)

Hi,

I won't be at the ABR Rally Norfolk but I took a few guys on a trail/road loop around Thetford last weekend of just over 80 miles including a stop off at the Desert Rats training camp ground :

However if it helps here is the gpx route I used as maybe someone could use it to lead a group around ....
