Think I pulled in just as the ABR guys were pulling out
Cos think I saw Alun on his tiger just setting off out the carpark - So stood with a coffee and chilled

so here i am piggy backing on some 'open' wifi ive found sat in a pub in Aberfoyle after having a cracking couple of days riding up from sheffield and 'bagging' Cairngorm and Queen Elizabeth Forest.
Hoping to 'bag' loch lomond gateway centre tomorrow and maybe argyle forrest
i know there are no pics, but im doing this off mi phone cos im just a bit chuffed
cos the weatherhas been well testing
Will post pics when i get back

Hi there Jackdaw - the handguards are MotoGuzzi Stelvio NTX guards.
They are better than the Aprilia ones and are a plug and play fit. See post

LOCH LOMOND & TROSSACHS NP - The Gateway Centre. 15042011
number 4 from me and number 4 on tick list
Now before I go any further, I had a bit of an electronic issue as my camera died trying to take the photo at the Gateway Centre.
So thinking on my feet I went inside and asked if there was anyway they could write on some letterheaded paper that they had seen me, my bike, and my rally card.
Now I have to say the 3 ladies at reception couldnt have been more helpful if they had tried. So below are.....
The initial letter saying I was there

Then some gifts to help me on my way (which Im well chuffed about!)

and there is more.... Then a camera was found! So off I went to have my photo taken! And by the time I got back to Sheffield an email was waiting with the photo attached!

A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO THE THREE LADIES AT THE GATEWAY CENTRE, BALLOCH For going out of their way to help me, they have to be the BEST NP staff EVER!
They are now looking forward to seeing any other bikers that turn up taking photos
