Just been packing.
On the basis that I can carry it all and will be more comfortable, I am taking the kitchen sink :woohoo:

Re: Who is bringing what?
With SWMBO coming up to the Boil and demanding a little luxury we're packing the largest tent I've ever strapped on a bike. The Vango Icarus 300 is big, large enough for a couple of chairs in the porch, yes, we're packing chairs too.
It's 8kg in weight has 150mm headroom and we'll be able to host the Saturday night barbeque under cover if it rains.

Ah but to be honest it wouldn't be the Lake District if it didn't rain... local legend has it the rain stops when Windemere gets fullLargeWayRound wrote:sounds like scotland .. wait 5 minutes ..scouse wrote:Waiting to check the weather reports tomorrow morning before packing... might need shorts and flip flops...or we might not ...
