Right decision has been made, I'm camping on friday and going sat eve.
Also looking to do the A5 route from Northampton.What time Friday are people looking to arrive, I'm off work Friday so if you need a hand to set up, I'm happy to help.

Here's my route, a wee bit shorter than Jimbo's ;)

20.4 miles and I could make it shorter my going through Luton but that's not very enjoyable on a Friday in rush hour :S

can someone point me in the direction of a supermarket, so when I arrive and put my tent up, I can nip off and get some milk and booze?

I don't have my pannier rack built yet, so will have no spare space.
