Here's my route, a wee bit shorter than Jimbo's ;)

20.4 miles and I could make it shorter my going through Luton but that's not very enjoyable on a Friday in rush hour :S

can someone point me in the direction of a supermarket, so when I arrive and put my tent up, I can nip off and get some milk and booze?

I don't have my pannier rack built yet, so will have no spare space.

Thanks
