West Wales Campsite Directions...........

Post by big al »

From the end of the M4 take the A48 to Carmarthen, then cross the bridge over the river
And B&Q are on the left, at that roundabout. Take 1st left on to the A40 to Haverfordwest.
When entering Haverfordwest there is a car dealership (Skoda) on your right. At that roundabout take the 3rd exit, right up through the town and bear right at the top by the traffic lights to the B4327 on the left. You'll know your on the right road because Tesco and Travis Perkins are on your left. Continue ahead (speed bumps) and bear left at end of the road by (Zebra crossing)and car sales and look out for the ABR signs on the lampost and on the B4327 to Marloes campsite (signs in white n black)

Here is a map for you to print off follow the pink line to Marloes and the campsite is on the right West Hook farm. approximately one mile from the pub in Marloes.
See ya there.
Take care on the way down.
Al

The car sales place is now shut. It's fork left immediately AFTER the zebra crossing, with the pub immediately on your right. If you miss it don't panic, carry on, into the 40 zone and turn left just before the road changes to the national speed limit. At the crossroads turn right and you're back on track.
Fuel up in Haverfordwest - I don't believe there's any other garage between there and the campsite.

Rich.

PS at the top of the High Street be in the left of the two right hand lanes otherwise you'll be sent round the town again or have to do a dodgy left lane change.

Is this an annual event? Its only 45 minutes from Pembroke ferry port.

Cant go this year as we have a weekend in Co Down on 19th but it could be a runner for us guys over here. Friday morning ferry over from Rosslare, Sunday afternoon ferry back. Its a nice part of Wales too.

We do a trip up North in September, that's on 19th. But I also took a trip with my daughter on 5th so three in a row is pushing it a bit too far. But might have a look at this one next year.

Hi 92kk k100lt193214

Hi mate big Al runs this rally every year and the camp site has showers and a barn that we use to eat out grub if the weather turns out a bit wet . There is always a ride out with stops and a lunch time stop at a very nice pub .
Hope you can make it next year
