My thoughts are with you & yours Paul & Maria at this sad time.

Take heart that many here and the other "cyber" places you visit are sharing your pain & sadness.

Paul and Maria, I don't know the details of whatever tragedy has happened, but my thoughts are with you.

Take Care, Sean

I wasn't going to the boil as I will be on a trip. I've only met Paul and his wife once when I popped in whilst passing Takoda - both very friendly. My thoughts are with them at this difficult time, wishing all is well soon.

Sorry to be posting in Paul's favour I am sure he won't mind.

No one has died.

Nothing to add and I sure Paul will tell you all the story in his own time.

I've never met Pual or Maria, I've stopped at takoda a couple of times and I always thought it was a brilliant site, a shame to loose it but if its what you guys need to do then do it, and I hope that every sorts itself out as well as possible soon :(

Good to hear this, it was the use of the word 'tragedy' in Paul's message that gave the impression that someone had died. Whatever has happened, I'm sure we all wish them well.

As you chaps seem to know more about the situation at KS, I'm assuming http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/h ... meet-74504 is off too? (EDIT: JUST SPOTTED THAT THIS WAS FOR 2014, OOOPS.... but there was a mention of Takoda 2015 in post #12 at http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/h ... ment-78702 )

Please confirm and I'll do the necessary edits to that thread over there.

Paul and Maria
Hope your situation improves soon. Hang in there!
