Don't worry about it, we sort it all out and then recover our costs on the weekend, any extra goes in the charity pot for the air ambulance, it's not a major issue, we've done it for the past 2 years and haven't had any problems.
Thanks for your concern though

Hope to get along guys,will be a last minute thing though if that's OK, catering for myself so will only need a pitch. (thumbs)

Looks like I will be late as can't get the day off work, so it's a 4pm start from darkest Cardiff :-0
At least I will have my new sleeping bag and beer. Save a place by the fire for me!
