..oh poo !! ..

I know the ABR calander is full nearly all year but the Spanish HISS was a great event spread over 5 -6 days for some others 3 days..so people could use it as a holiday or long weekend and the cost of Ferrys isnt that expensive for the fast cat across or from Calais on the shuttle and only 2 hours ride..

My thoughts are ..local camp site "OUT OF SEASON" so we would have it to our selves and great french food ,wine and ladys ;) Road ride outs isnt a ny problem as the "swiss normandie" is south of caen with plenty to see and the " D Day landing stuff too..or le-mans in 1hr..the area is generally quite and has some nice Forests to play in notto mention enduro type lanes..

May or June before the summer Euro hols starts would be my idea..

so come on you French lot "open your homes" or use your local contacts..

Cracking idea -

We have ABR Spain with The Spanish Biker and I hope that will continue for 2013.

We have ABR Germany with Snaps and that will be on again in 2013.

ABR France - Hmmmm. As a concept it looks great and French camping is not the same as the UK (They tend to have swimming pools etc). Keep me advised of the developments Tramp, if workable then I will get it listed as an ABR Event. :)
