Below the text box you'll find an attachment tab - click it

Click add files

Select the image you want to upload, it'll then appear below the 'add files' tab

Click 'Place Inline

Might be useful to state what the maximum size you can post before it comes up with a warning icon, that gives dimensions in pixels, where for me the max size in kb, mb etc would be much easier.

Will do John, but that shouldn't be a problem as we're adding auto re-size to make the whole thing hassle free
