New issue Yorkshire route

Can someone pint me in the right direction for the GPX of the Yorkshire route shown in the current issue. I've left the magazine at home and want to download it into Basecamp (for my sins) at work but can't find it anywhere.

Loaded up, I’m going to have a crack at this tomorrow. I’ve modified the route to start and end in Pickering. No point going through Pickering to Scarborough and then come back through it

Can someone also explain very simply how to get the route from the page above onto my Garmin.

Nice route that, done nearly 300 miles In total, still not a full tank on the new Panzerkampfwagen
