Re: Armored jeans...
Just bought some from aldi, £25 reduced from £35. (thumbs)
Wanted something to pull on quick for my commute to work.
They have knee pads in , hip protection pockets, but no pads
In, but I suppose u could put your own in there, worth a punt
For £25. Someone on here may be able to advise how they
Perform ?

Re: Armored jeans...
Seen those, and also seen some in the local Yamaha dealer here and they, which I thought they would, don't come with a padded-behind. Though made of Kevlar, I just presumed that armored jeans would be padded in all areas...so I really need to reread what ABR has to say about them...now...which number(s) were they in... :whistle:cowling wrote:Just bought some from aldi, £25 reduced from £35. I really wouldn't go on a review, were all different & the sizing can be mental....just like any other jean. Imagine you've gone into say TKMaxx & you fancy a new pair of jeans, you can try on 5 pairs in your waist size & walk out.
I tried on many pairs in Grand Prix Legends some insanely expensive £250! I couldn't get my leg in many of them & my legs have been described as bean poles
It's all about that kevlar coverage, quality of the denim & the stitching holding it all together. Thankfully I've never crashed in jeans so can't comment on resistance

With enough profanity, you can accomplish anything
