Just come off the phone to abr.Was told to expect the mag next week.....

It shouldn't but it does annoy when it's in the shops and mine hasn't been delivered. I signed up at last years NEC show but doubt I will again this year

Doesn't bother me in the least, I would happily wait a week over going to my nearest WHSmiths (its in a big shopping mall called Cribbs Causeway).

subscribed last month after thinking it would save me time & money going to WHSmiths. Telephoned ABR office yesterday, I was told mag would be on the mat today! Just got home from work, still no mag! very disappointed with this. EXCELLENT mag let down by poor service. Would help if they printed a next issue date in each copy maybe? Don't think I will subscribe next year!.

Who actually really cares when it arrives, or if it arrives before its in the shops. As long as I get my 6 copies a year that's all what really matters.

For the moaners out there, have you nothing better to do?

As for promising to be on the mat tomorrow, I expect this is a postal issue, not poor service from the ABR team. complain to the post office!

May be a simple pinned post stating the expected delivery date each month would be helpful!
