It says that anyone who rides or drives off-road is a mahoosive King Canute who purposefully seeks out lanes to obliterate into a kind of nuclear wasteland. On the other hand, the author considers himself to be a Mesiah who is protecting people from sociopathic off-roaders. That's about the sum of it.

Of course, this is not true for considerate bike riders.
But can be true of some irresponsible bike riders.
Unfortunately, it seems to be true of most 4x4 gangs.
