Update, I have this afternoon learnt that the two riders have voluntarily spoken with the Police and explained their points of view.
Well, done to the riders for coming forward and helping to clear the facts.
Perhaps, could somebody from Admin please remove this Post as it has served its purpose and an amicable settlement has been established.
Once again, well done and thank you to the folks for coming forward.
