GPX Files Peak District

Post by Vara Mac »

Hi Folks, looking to save a bit of time finding trails to ride in the Peak District without the need for scanning definitive maps and checking TROs etc. Does anyone have GPX files of either the trails or waypoint of the start and finish points that they could email to me? Any help greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Mac

Join TRF and they will mark up a map for you at a local meet.

Greetings Mac,

If you take a look at Castleton on ViewRanger you should find a couple of routes, which I have published, and which you can down load for free. There are other areas that I have covered too.

I would agree with Mike54 in that depending where you live you could join the TRF or the Trail Riders Association. We normally recommend that you do not ride alone, especially if you are not familiar with the routes.

Viewranger mobile app has routes for the Peak District which can be exported to GPX files.
