Brilliant Result, but what usually happens is the opposition,Wiltshire Council and English Heritage, comes back with another case and eventually gets what they want.

Reading the case it appears if they do it again and by the book the ban will be enforced. A temporary victory at most

It shows how stacked the cards are when a local authority is obliged to consult with the FTA and RHA (both representing hauliers) about rights of way matters, but is NOT obliged to consult with the TRF which has only been going since 1970...

Luckily, I know plenty of people in the RHA and FTA

Keep on trucking!

As a frequent user of these byeways before they where temporaryly closed its good to see them open again , how these byeways fit into the preposed tunnel and consequent removal of the a303 old road is not common knowlegde...

Surely what better use than to have locall farmers and recrecrational vehicles using them alongside walkers and cyclists nit forgetting the horses...crossjng the ancient wiltshire wilderness again....would lke to see some sheep farmers using the old drover routes too...

The new stonehenge circus is a travesty :o :x

I suspect the real reason for all this is that English Heritage and Wilts Council have a plan...indeed 'a vision' is what they call it, to commodify Stonehenge and only make it accessible if you pay for the 'Stonehenge Experience'....

£50 to get in, see where Fred Flinstone parked his car, exit through the gift shop.

A very good reason why Trail riders who aren't current TRF members - should stump and join the TRF

Get yer hands in yer pockets and stump up the £55 annually

Small change to most.............. for a good organisation

Support the Trails by joining the TRF

They need your cash, for jobs like this on Stonehenge

Dig Deep............. here's the link to join https://www.trf.org.uk/wp-join-the-trf/
We buy things we don't need

With money we don't have

To impress people we don't even like
