I agree with Minky. It's easy to get depressed at the crap state of recreational use on lanes in the UK but if you have a slight change of perspective and add in rural back roads and some good brew stops you can still have enjoyable days out.

Plenty of lanes in North Wales & no walkers. Its the gates that piss me off.
