GPX files from Derbyshire to SW Wales please?

Hi, In a few weeks time my son and I are intending to ride from Derbyshire down to Newgale, near Haverfordwest. The intention is to do as many green lanes as possible on the way. If anyone has any suggestions as to the route or GPX files we would be grateful. Even if it is just a bit of the route that would be great then hopefully we can put them together.
I do not think there are many lanes around the Haverford west area but if anyone knows of any round there that would be great too.

There's a north south Wales route on wikiloc I think. Not all of the lower part is legal anymore, but its a good basis to start from.
