Sod the bike, both those you mention could be competitive tomorrow.... It's the 21 years on those old bones and muscles!! :dry:

I reckon I'd need the support of a Spud these days, meeting me at each checkpoint for a massage and fettling!! ;) Anyone who has marshalled at a long distance Horse event will be familar with Vet checks... or in my case rider checks!! :whistle:
