Well done for having a go, but truth be told, the most the farmer will get is a word in the ear.

Unless of course you can prove it was him and believe me the plod won't get forensics out for this un

That farmer has been done before, he had a 100.000 legal bill and fine, he dug a big hole Caerphilly end near the pyramids, will try and find the link.

So I have a response from RCT first thing this morning and I should now be expecting a specific response to my inbox from RCTs PRoW Officer.

If the farmer has previous, then he may well go down this time.

However, I suspect that he will get a suspended sentence on the grounds that he has to look after his farm...which he clearly hasn't been doing up until now. ???

It's a bit of a contrast to where I live now in Cornwall, where the local farmer is laying Astroturf on all his stone tracks to stop his cows getting sore feet when they walk in to be milked.

Richard, i think im fairly confident that the next train of 15 4x4s to go there will clear out the stones and the big mound. But more distressing is the dumping of animals in the mound which is clearly dangerous to health, also what else is dumped in there needs to be asked?

Secondly animals that die on a farm need to be disposed off correctly, horses etc use that RoW and it could cause disease to his and other animals and humans. Secondly why did the animal die, is he hiding disease on his live stock?

Without meeting the guy he seems like a total **** to put people and livestock at risk.

Just had a response from the RoW officer.
Dear Paul,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The Council is aware of the issue and is carrying out investigations to determine the most appropriate course of action.

Regards
I guess that means they are not doing anything - with my experience of Councils
