I see Monks Trod is about to be permitted by Powys only allowing 15 bikes per day for 4 days and only access allowed over 3 km

What a stupid idea! Permit systems. And I don't understand the perm it just to ride 3km. The trod is 10km long!

So does that mean you can ride a section then turn around if you don’t have a permit.

I stupidly mistook this meaning they were closing the rest.

It’s a shame as I was thinking of doing a trip up there!
