I'm hoping to make the Hafren, so hopefully I'll see you all there. Apparently the last one was pretty tough and since its the same organisers it should be good.

I've managed to get a last minute entry to the Cambrian. Anyone else from here getting involved? I'll look out for you.

Dysan

See you there! And I should say a big thanks for your first post as after looking at the pictures and reading your description i decided "yeah, I can do that" the Cambrian will be my second Rally as I'm well and truly hooked.

The Big Bike Rally Challenge mob will be in the Kings Head, Llandovery on Friday night (and no doubt Saturday too) ;)

Madcow, glad you're enjoying it too. Gonna do the lot next year, I think it really helps bring on the riding. I'm also please I inspired at least one person to come and have a crack, I think its a pretty good format for those wanting to improve themselves and see what their "big" bikes are actually capable of.

Personally I'd rather have a load of fellow competitors and come last than a handful and come first.

Dunno whether I'm coming across Friday night or Sat morning. I'm supposed to be staying at Pyndon's on Friday night and arriving Sat morning, but it looks a fair hike from his place, so I'm undecided.

You staying at the rugby club?

Glad to see i'm not the only one who fell off on Stage 1

I managed it in the rutted section on both the sighting lap and then again on the last lap on Sunday, really annoying as my time was pretty good and could have been my best

I've recorded my exploits HERE No pics or vids i'm afraid!

And this was the result of first off on Saturday

As I'm hoping to put in a full season this year I'm looking for a training buddy in the North East/North Yorkshire. Looking for someone who's going to get involved in the Rally and we can spend some time riding some challenging stuff and adjusting the setup of the bikes.

Anyone from up here getting involved this year?
