They have a class for bikes bigger than 450cc. Does that mean in future there will be a new Africa twin racing?
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Suzuki DR200 Djebel.

That'd be pretty unlikely Bren. The suspension alone of the AT would not be up to that kind of racing. It's only Dakar (and a couple of others) which has a max capacity of 450cc for bikes, every other event has a class for larger machines than that, but realistically the AT is not going to be one of them, certainly not in standard trim at least.

Anyone interested in following international rallies should look up the racing forum on ADVRider, there are specific threads on specific races there, and the guys who compete in them with often almost real time updates from the event.
