The Carl Gall memorial would be at Ballaugh Bridge, IOM, I think... he died after a crash in practice for the 1939 TT.
(I have to admit Google was my best friend here!)
No idea re the red one though, but typical of the many Victorian Ironfounders/Engineers to put such a plaque on their handiwork, like Carron on the old phone boxes.

Must be the forth bridge. William arrol &co built it in 1890. And its red..

Hotbulb is correct, the Karl Gall memorial is on the exit after the jump at Ballaugh Bridge IOM on the left hand side.
The Bridge is on the old St Johns course on the Peel/Kirk Michael coast road.

Must admit to being clueless on the others posted, except French/Andorra border crossing?
