The first one was out in the wilds and I couldn’t find a spare.

This second was just foolish. I was in the States with tyre shops amundo but just forgot to check. Witless

These type of modern road tyre seem to go suddenly once they develop a flat crown .. what is frightening is that under those wires is less than 1mm of plastic casing.
