Oh dear, worse when you are at the front of the queue off and it wont go though.

(fortunately?) I'd already pushed it into the terminal. Tried (and failed) to get a ticket as a "pushbike" for the crossing

I like that, I see a sunset reflected, but what is that thread worm like pattern?

It was taken in my tent, at the ABR weekend on Peel Island. It's a close up of the inside bottom of my Trangia kettle with a bit of water in it.
I don't know how the pattern was formed but I was intrigued enough to photograph it, maybe something oscillating in the lime scale as it boils.
