Introducing Balto - The Spanish Biker's new trail buddy - at least in winter ...



We brought him all the way up from foster care in Andalusia today - well, over the last four days actually! - and at just eight months he's going to get a bit bigger yet methinks (thumbs)

It's been two years since we lost our old mate and it's been tough without him but as they say, time is a healer and this little fella came along just at the right moment. Saved by a local dog rescue charity as a puppy from the local dog pound where they either get adopted or destroyed.

Meet Bertie, a Malinois (well mostly!) of 4.5 months........can't believe how well behaved he is and smart. Seemed to know where the food is kept on day 1
