Yip, expensive Italian exotica! That is a V4S, there was a V4R inside with full Termi system for 40k

Yikes

Yeah, lovely. I remember some bike designer once saying that a good sports bike should look like its trying to swallow its own front wheel. I think the V4 qualifies. Lottery winning dream garage material.

Yuk. I'll be hanging on to all my organs thanks. In fact I'd rather stick pins in several of them than ride that thing... :shock:

Great minds think alike. I asked a question whilst at the Harley shop, "What if the rear drive belt needs replacing, how much does one pay"?

Reply;
"That'll be £410......plus larbour charge".

Holy Moly :shock:

Just back from a very fine day at the Festival of Motorcycles in Peterborough. Got to take a closer look at Phil Weston’s 148k mile Tiger and the Ironbutt UK stand, and test rode a Ducati Multistrada 950 and a KTM 1290 Adventure S. The Multistrada is a great looking bike and fun at high speeds and revs, but the 1290 blew me away with its engine and handling and beast-like fun. Also saw some great bikes brought by visitors, and an exquisite Dakar Rally bike at the Rally Raid stand. A fun day— and I didn’t buy a Yamaha 100 classic for £950 even though it was extremely tempting. For lunch, flat track racing, pork and chips... My 1090 R is safe for now!
